fact #225:Koalas and humans are the only animals with unique fingerprints.

Kill all the darn mosquitoes in the world please. It's been months since i have receive bites from those pest but this pass few days i have been getting numerous of them at home! Irritating. Kill them all. I have spots here there and everywhere!

IMD steamboat cum bbq dinner the other day was nice. Because of the long journey from Simei to Serangoon, i reached the meeting place with a solemn mood. Then i saw Jamie and she showed me a magazine which she just bought. whahaha. i screamed with delight i tell you. She made my day for that day with that magazine. That magazine which has DBSK face on it. whahaha. and she gave me Changmin's badge. whahaha.

We ate and ate and ate. Well, i surely ate alot. Daniel was telling his crappy stories and entertaining us with the piano pieces which he played. Samuel was basically the cook, i kept asking him to eat and he kept saying "wait". i wonder if he ate or not actually. Syaf was the photographer and i have yet to take pictures from him. and for the rest of us, we just ate and played. haha.

There was the sixes today at Padang. I didn't sleep at all the previous night so i can't imagine how i manage to survive the day. Not too many cute guys though, haha. The weather there is certainly a killer. It was freaking hot. It was really a nice experience. But playing on a dry field sucks. Not to complain but i nearly sprained my ankle and i was hit hard on my foot but lucky not that painful.

Not to mention the skin tone that i have now. Sunburns and uneven skin tone is really irritating. I think through out my whole body i have like 5 different shades of colour.

There was this cute german cum chinese siblings playing around. haha. very adorable. my other team members played around with them. haha. so cute lah the kids.

and there was a free massage both so me and some other members thought of having one. damn nice lah. take the opportunities for free stuff people... haha... typical singaporeans

another day tomorrow for sixes. i think i am going to cut my hair before i go. hmm, we'll see how...

fact #224: Insomnia alert

I can't seem to sleep early this week and i don't know why. Please oh please, not insomnia. Even after hockey training just now, i cannot seem to sleep early and it is really bugging me. I need the sleep because school is starting soon and that means that we will not have sufficient sleep till our next break which is months away. Even after curling and twirling around in bed cannot make me sleep. ahh, god please help me.

Yet to fill my time, i search for news which makes my heart miserable and i want to cry out loud (i am never going to say what kind of news to anyone ever). and ouh yah, i even google out my name to see what kind of info will come out, apparently nothing much. haha, future employees might do this you see so better be safe than sorry. make sure not nothing really bad about me is out there. as you can see, i am pretty much bored and rotting.

Hockey training just now was fun. somehow the sky seems very lovely. you should have seen the sun rays it's like damn nice. if i were to take a picture of it, i would have called it "the calling". The sun rays which was penetrating through the cloud was nice. somewhat magical.

There's a bqq/steamboat dinner going on in a few hours time. means pictures , pictures and more pictures. Hope it goes well and we all have fun and relax before school starts. and i have yet to know my timetable. ouh well.

There's a sixes match this Saturday and Sunday at the Padang. I may be able to go on the Saturday but have to see about Sunday though. Friendly match this Thursday.

I need something to mend this heart of mine. Maybe i will just laugh it out loud tomorrow. Who knows.

fact #223: i have taken madarin speaking course but my mandarin is still not up to standard, that's what i think though

We were given 2 weeks break after p2 before next block starts. Taking a break as some of you may say. But what does that means? From the schedule that i have, i see no break at all. EVERYDAY including Saturday, there is a need for me to come school.

So as a warning and advise to all people out there, DO NOT be a crazy person like ME and join everything that you like. But for me at the very least, i think i would not choose the task if i knew that i would not be able to complete it. Yup, that is it.

Anyways, i along with other DSC (design studies club) and SA (student ambassadors) members had an image makeover workshop just now. On etiquette and mannerism. I agree that as a student leader, one needs to know about this. The class was rather fun unlike what my classmates told me when she had the workshop two days earlier. Hmm, maybe it was because she do not know the people who went with her but lucky me there's the DSC people. If Ronald was there, the atmosphere would be more livelier (since he love disturbing people). Learn quite a number of stuff.

I think we really need to go for this type of workshops to improve ourselves and to show people that we are really are well groomed. haha. like a pet like that, groom.
But since Singapore wants it's people to become world class, image workshops like this are very good for Singaporeans. REALLY!

After the workshop was hockey. Robin,coach, told us to run 10 rounds AGAIN! ahh! 6 rounds and i felt like vomiting. To enter a sports club, be warn that you have to be FIT! Hockey is one of the fastest sports around and it requires you to run alot, ALOT! Somehow during practice i was asked to be a forward, to attack, which requires alot of running here and there. Damn tired especially when you are fasting! (this was before the breaking of fast, the running of 10 rounds was after). But it was fun because i never took any positions other then defending ones, mainly becoming the last man.

Ouh well, Ron said that next block timetable is out and he will be taking FIMM (fundementals of interactive multimedia) and Interface design 2. I guess so will I. Another flash module and another interface module. Just kill me now! But it might help me in the CDI that i may or may not be doing since they requires flash components.

fact #221: even though i have an organuzer i don't check it often

September issue of TP's magazine is out. haha. I wonder who will check my blog out.

Anyways, my aunt just called me up to ask if she can place an order with us. Apparently the cakes that me and my mum make is nice. haha. not only her, some other people too. hmm, can make business like this but too bad we do not have the time or manpower. Since i am way too busy with school i can't help mum that much. but i can't wait to bake treats for hari raya. weee.

IMD yr 2's steamboat DINNER at Joshua house this 26th September. All to be there. Time wise will be confirm later. For the malay people, it's a dinner so yah, we break fast by then. Bring whatever you want, let's make a mess at his house. whahaha.

fact #220: i bit my lips when i am nervous

Some of us went to Alexandre hospital just now to take a tour around it along with some talks. Mainly for the second phase of DEFA which we are doing right now. For IMD however, we are done with our p2, which suppose to mean they end of DEFA but sadly to say it is still an ongoing project. But somehow or rather i do not mind refining the project here and there during my free time.

The visit just now at times can be fun but at times it just go down hill. Interacting with the aged is very very very difficult, ever unless you are like my neighbours shit chatting always. Interacting with my aged neighbours are far easier than this. When i visits homes during secondary school, somehow it is easier to chat with them too since they will keep the ball rolling and talk about their past. But just now was a complete nightmare. Well at the very least i got interact with some. There's this uncle who is quite rich, he used to be a business man and he owns a few houses,blah blah blah, but sadly he has dementia. haiz. and he called me a 'nyonya'. ahhh! and he keeps asking me where i live, haha.

Talking about project, Jeff emailed us about a CDI project which we can do. I am still deciding on whether to do it or not. Haiz. Grace told me to consider it carefully since she knows about the stuff that i have already have in my hand. Urgh! Dunno lah. I've emailed Jeff for advise. Maybe when i come to school on Thursday i go find Yong and Elvis for advice too. I know what my friends response will be like already so no use asking them, haha. But you know what, CDI projects are really good for your portfolio! especially for a crappy portfolio like mine.

fact #219: M&m's are the best!!!!

The last day of p2, today. I must say, all of our finals html are really outstanding compared to our previous work. Today's presentation was full of surprises especially from those who did the open house website. all the freebies are nice not forgetting their website. i like. haha, Yong can play the gasing.

Presentation. we were given treats by our lecturers,thanks. i got m&m's, my favourite. they commented on the packaging that all of us did. haha. all thanks to Ben i guess. He always asked us to do packaging for our final assignment.

Me and Victoria were acting nuts today. All because of skinship. whahaha. disturb Hazimah as always.

Anyways, i am free on Sunday. No more appointment for Sunday. Yeah!

fact #218: Start of the fasting month

First of all, i have not break my fast officially till now. whahaha. all i did was drink water and eat a date(type of fruit).

Let's not talk about p2 alright.K, wait, had my final presentation today. Closure at last.

K, today is the start of the fasting month. I don't actually mind people eating in front of me. Let's just talk a little about p2. Wow, the interactive games that my friend made are quiet nice and addictive i must say. After the break, most of them came back with food in the LT. Since when do we allow food i don't know. haha. and the rest of the people(malays) were making noise.haha. we even eat in labs. I guess we give bad impression to all. haha.

Anyways, straight after presentation i had hockey training. The hockey boys brought dates over and gave me one to break fast. Not that tiring for now. It was fun when we played "catching" at the end of the day. i know, catching. haha. but worse thing is, half way i sprained my ankle(but i still played catching which made it worst, haha) and on top of that my toe is still in pain and blue black since the damn table fell on it. urgh!

gosh, there's a friendly this saturday. fasting people! i do not that mind. see how long i can last. and straight away after that i got dsc meeting. well well well.

But what i really want to say is that, i am not free tomorrow, saturday, sunday and monday, tuesday and thursday evening and next saturday morning. wah. haha. there's hockey, dsc, terry fox run, blah, blah, blah. NO BREAK FOR ME! i know, i am crazy. 2 weeks of break and i am still this hectic. urgh!

fact #216: addicted to fanfiction stories. haha

P2. p2.p2.p2.p2.p2
what more should i say. there's one week left for p2. submission is this Wednesday. For the past one month plus, i can say that many of us have been having late night sleeps, draining our brains out with ideas and concept. Straining our eyes out 24 hours a day and face the comp. Progression is what is needed and not procrastination.

Due to all this too, many of us have been getting sick. My group members are getting sicker by the day. So to all IMDs junior, p2 is important but your health is more important alright. Please drink more water. To ask you all to sleep early and have rest is impossible. Because i know that this is the last week, and like me, all of us will either sleep less then 5 hours a day or not sleep at all. So drinking more water should be my advise. and dun strain your eyes too much too, take some breaks in between.

Since fasting month is coming, my dear friends, not poly friends ah, suggested to have an outing to Sentosa this coming Monday. But sadly, i have to disappoint them yet again. I really need to rush for p2 and not dilly dally anymore, but who says i dilly dally, I've been very hardworking for p2 but still not hardworking enough. They actually asked me to take a MC. But i told them straightly, not a chance. They know who and what kind of person i am. Once i said it, it's done, no use persuading me. But i am really disappointed in myself because i can only concentrate in school work.

There were times when they would message me now and then saying that they miss me, asking how i am and all. Asking me out, they know that i am busy so they have been asking in advance if i am free to go out next week or so everytime. And my asnswer's were usually "i'll see first" or "i'll checked my schedule".

We met up last Friday after several months of not seeing each other. One thing i felt was not that i am happy to see them but the feeling of being left out. Stories of them i've not heard of suddenly appear. It's like a jigsaw puzzle where i've have to sort all the stories out by myself. But at the very least, we talked about something which i know. Our past. How we met, all the shitloads that we have to go through and everything that has happened during our secondary school life. All the stupids things that have happened, we laugh till tears came rolling down our eyes. Those were the days. When all of us have the time and energy to be there for one another and be happy.

This is now, the present, where each of us have our own commitment to do. Work. School or even play. But at the very least, we understand and supports each other and not leave either of us behind. And to these people, i really love and appreciate them.

fact #215: Addcited to Big bang(korean hip hop band) now but still love DBSK. go big bang!

Hey Gorgeous, a channel u show is going on now. A few weeks ago, the crew came to TP to film... at the mention of Fiona Xie, the guys went out of the class when it was just starting (lecturer was not in class yet though), to catch her. Guys are guys, what to do.

Dad finally sent the desktop for repairs after a few month. I don't have to use the laptop next time then. weee. and finally, he is also trying to fix the wallpaper. He scarped them all out and left it like that for weeks now. When i got home, he was sanding the wood to place new ones on. Great. A changed at last from the last 5 years more or so.

My head is hurting right now, must be from the paint smell that the freshies was using just now, i wonder why don't they used acrylic instead. It doesn't stink unlike those enamel paint and house paint!!!!!!

One thing i like about watching Malaysia channel is the advertisement. Especially, those from Petronas. I really like the advertisement that they have. Full of meaning and really nice storyline. Every festive season i would look forward to the advertisement that they would produce. Really really nice. And for now, there's this advertisement about saving the earth from pollution. It's really cute.

fact #214: I am bankrupt yet again! :)

Wouldn’t it be creepy when suddenly you are walking to school and some unknown number actually contacted you asking “were you crossing the road just now?”, “were you at Modena condo just now”. Guess what, some unknown person called me and started to ask me these questions without saying “hi” or “hi Hajar” like typical Singaporeans. And guess what, this creepy person was dear Mr. Johari, my secondary school teacher. He changed back to his old number and didn’t even bother telling. Haha. He was one of the teachers in school that I was close to. Yup. 1 yr of not seeing each other and this is what I got from him when he saw me. Haha.

Vaani called to ask if I was free today to attend a meeting. Yah, I went. And guess who I saw, our dear beloved Benjamin Ong. Wee. He say “HI” to all. Was given this project to do and the deadline is next week, a day before p2 deadline. You can kill me now. Ahh! Okay people, focus on the storyline now. Haha.

And I saw Shamayne and Taufiq there. The first thing I did when I entered the lecture theater where the meeting/briefing was held was to ask Taufiq to keep quiet. And I must say, I was loud. Whahahaha.

fact #213: I want to go back to Swtizerland/China for their fresh air and quitness there!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Went to Billy Bombers the other day for dinner. After done finish eating, as usual i played around with the food. Grace started it though. And from there, we created this dish called the Three Amigos. haha. It look expensive okay people.

Lecturer's Day or so called Teacher's Day was celebrated on Friday. Pity the IMD lecturers didn't get to go since we have our P2 2nd interim presentation that day itself. Time clashes you see. But all in all, the idea of celebrating Lecturer's Day is nice. Not only the lecturers, but all staff (lecturers/admin) in TP design school. Yippie.

Me on the other hand just smses all my past teachers/coach and current lecturers. My secondary school teacher most i don't know where they go so yah, i just sms them. Kim, can you believe it, i smses Maryanty!!!!!!!!!!! whahaha.

P2. 2 more weeks to deadline. Well, actually submission is on next Wednesday. For my group, everyone is getting sick. Better drink alot alot alot of water people. We can do it. AHHHH, coding and flashing.

DSC.At last, we have been asked to moved out of Pivia. So sad. Ouh well, there's always another new place to hang out in.

Hockey camp is currently going on from today till Wednesday. A pity i can't go since there is p2. But i still can come when i am free though. I guess they are playing games now. I think i'll go for tomorrow's training before continuing with p2. And with the new grid that i just changed, my hockey stick looks wierd, but ouh well, i very lazy to change it again.

Shag asked me why i like to do inside job (DSC/school stuff not related to school work) and not outside job (freelancing). Ouh well, i don't know lah.

I was watching the TV with my brother just now and that guy watched this "stupid" show. It's something about surviving Africa and this guy actually ate a zabra just like that, RAW, from the zebra carcass itself after the vultures savage through it.and guess what, i was eating during that time. damn show. back to work now, bye.
